Talley Mulligan is a digital design and production specialist experienced in leading multi-functional distributed teams focused on design, development, and marketing. He has held a range of positions including Concept Director, Production Director, Senior Marketing Manager, and User Experience Designer for a variety of businesses including interactive design studios, online broadcasters, and software development firms. In these various positions, he was extensively involved in a range of areas including creative conceptualization, online strategy and marketing, interface and visual design, and UX. With over 10 years in online, Talley has developed expertise in both the creative and technical aspects of digital media production.

He holds a Master of Fine Arts in Communications from the University of New Orleans and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
